The manual magnet crane is strict with steel plate thickness when lifting. For instance, If you want to raise a ton of steel with a ton of permanent magnet crane, the thickness of the steel plate should be at least 40mm. When the magnet lifter adsorbs round steel, the adsorption capacity generated by the same magnetic force is about 30% of that of the flat workpiece, but the maximum is not more than 50%.
