Y35 High Quality Ferrite Round Disc Magnets are produced in our factory using sintered hard ferrite material in the Y35 grade. We press and sinter the powder under controlled conditions, then machine the discs to the required diameter and thickness before axial magnetization.
The finished Y35 High Quality Ferrite Round Disc Magnets deliver consistent magnetic strength, high working temperature up to 250 °C, and strong resistance to demagnetization and corrosion. Because ferrite is naturally stable in humid or outdoor environments, most of our discs ship without any surface coating. This keeps cost down while maintaining reliable performance in speakers, motors, sensors, holding fixtures and general industrial applications.
We support bulk supply and OEM order for manufacturers who need large quantities of the same size or mixed sizes. Diameter, thickness and magnetization direction can be adjusted according to drawings.
