Neodymium Arc Magnet is manufactured from sintered NdFeB material and formed into a curved shape for applications that require magnets to follow an arc or circular structure. As a direct magnet manufacturer, we produce different grades, dimensions, arc angles, and magnetization directions according to customer drawings.
The Neodymium Arc Magnet is commonly used in motors, generators, magnetic assemblies, and other equipment where a curved magnet is required. Ni-Cu-Ni, zinc, and epoxy coatings are available for different application environments.
We handle the complete production process in our factory, including material preparation, machining, magnetization, coating, and inspection. Custom specifications can be reviewed and produced based on drawings or samples.
