15mm Neodymium Magnets

The 15mm neodymium magnet disk is a compact, high‑energy rare‑earth magnet used in industrial and mechanical applications where space is limited but magnetic performance still matters. Its modest diameter and uniform magnetic output make it suitable for assemblies in motors, sensors, positioning fixtures and tooling jigs. This version is intended as a component within a larger design rather than a consumer product.

 

These magnets are produced from sintered neodymium iron boron (NdFeB). This material provides one of the highest magnetic energy products available commercially, allowing small magnets to generate considerable flux. Most 15mm discs are magnetized axially through thickness, which offers predictable field direction for typical mounting configurations.

Standard protective plating (Ni–Cu–Ni) is applied to resist oxidation and surface wear. For environments with moisture or surface contact concerns, alternative coatings such as epoxy or zinc may be specified.
