Epoxy coating provides a smooth, sealed surface with good resistance to minor abrasion and moisture, and gives the magnet a distinct matte black appearance rather than the typical metallic silver look.
Dimensional tolerance is held to ±0.05mm, and each unit carries a flux index of at least 50 kG²·mm² - a useful reference number for engineers comparing magnetic output across different suppliers. Standard operating temperature is up to 80°C.
